Linking the valuable Remotely Operated Vehicle to ship or shore, our tethers range from data (fiber) only to hybrid designs that include power cables. Linden Photonics manufactures a large range of ROV tethers (umbilicals) from positive to neutral or negative buoyancy. We can customize your size, buoyancy and strength.
Our LINDEN-SPE-7098 ROV tether, for example, is 3.5 mm in diameter with a tensile strength above 350 kg and a density that nearly matches seawater.
